We thought we would share with you some of our more Frequently Asked Trade Questions...

Who can have a Trade Account?

We operate a trade account scheme with any valid retail outlet that we believe will help spread the brand ethos. We limit the number of online sellers and do not allow our kits to be sold on third party sites like NOTHS, Amazon, Etsy, Ebay or similar places.

Do you sell everything to trade?

No.  We sell our kits only to trade at the moment.  If there is something in particular you are interested in - then please ASK US

We do work with selected retailers on bespoke and special order items - and have taken on consultancy / design projects in the craft area.

Do you sell to same town accounts?

We operate an exclusive post code scheme, with the exception of cities and major destinations.  If you do not reorder within 3 months then we open the postcode up to the stores on the waiting list.  It is our aim to build ongoing relationships with key retailers in key towns.

How Do I open one?

Simply fill in our trade enquiry form in the first instance, we will then send out a form and our terms and conditions for you to complete.  We will only send out information to validated trade businesses.

What is your minimum order?

£300 (£500 carriage paid) with minimum quantities per item

How do I place an order?

Either via email, phone or directly onto our soon to be launched trade site

Do you sell Internationally and what are the terms?

We have a minimum £500 trade order internationally and payment is in advance, and carriage at cost.

Can I open an account?

All business is operated for trade on a proforma basis.
